How to use png effect on PicsArt
Follow Some Steps.
1 Step - Open PicsArt And Select Photo which you want to edit.
2 Step - Click the add photo button.
3 Step - Find the Add Photo option in bottom tool bar scroll right and select it.
4 Step - Find the Png Effect which you want to use.
5 Step - Now choose the place where you want to Park Png in Photo.
6 Step - Save and finish Editing
