1. First of all download png to this site..
2. After download open picsart..
3. Select photo which you want to edit..
4. Now button toolbar scroll right ..
5. Now you add photo select that option..
6. Select png which you download previous..
7. Now choose place where you want to park Png in photo..
8. In right buttom side you see normal change that to add or multiple to make best effect on png in photo…
9. Now save photo..
